Sand casting is a versatile process used for metal parts in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. We provide high-quality machined castings using state-of-the-art foundry equipment. We support the entire project from material selection to design refinement to ensure cost-effectiveness and durability for all commercial and architectural applications.
The die casting process utilizes molds injected with high-pressure liquid metal, ideal for producing large quantities at low cost. We use alloys including aluminum, copper, magnesium, and zinc. This process allows for complex shapes and unique tolerances with short lead times.
Investment casting, or "lost-wax casting," involves pouring molten metal into an expendable ceramic mold. A wax pattern is used to create the cavity. This process is suitable for high-precision parts and can be used for single pieces or high-volume production using a "casting tree" system.

Standardized production processes to ensure stable quality and reduced costs.
Strict control of incoming materials from certified sources with full documentation.
Use of CAD, Solidworks, and PreCast to predict and eliminate casting defects.
Spectrometer analysis, tensile testing, and hardness testing are standard.
