Product Description

Steel-Lined Tetrafluoro Pipe Fittings Design Features

High performance PTFE powder is utilized to form the pipe through pushing, squeezing, and molding processes. After chemical treatment of the pipe surface, it is lined into the seamless steel pipe (the liner's outer diameter is slightly larger than the steel pipe's inner diameter by 1-1.5mm) to form a gap-free tight lining.

  • Seamless, impact resistance, and aging resistance.
  • Excellent axial tensile strength.
  • Smooth surface allowing for lining of any shaped steel parts.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What is the maximum working temperature for PTFE lined pipe fittings? A: The standard working temperature range is from -20ºC to 180ºC, making it suitable for high-heat corrosive environments.
Q2: Can these fittings handle high-pressure vacuum conditions? A: Yes, however, for negative pressure applications, please specify during the order so the lining can be processed with a vacuum-resistant technique.
Q3: What types of corrosive media can the PTFE lining transport? A: It can transport almost any concentration of strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, and strong oxidants.
Q4: Are custom sizes and non-standard parts available? A: Yes, we can process eccentric reducers, different diameter elbows, and other non-standard parts according to specific user requirements.
Q5: What is the difference between molded parts and standard pipe lining? A: Molded parts (typically DN ≥ 200) are designed for specific temperature (<120°C) and pressure ranges (-0.02-1.6Mpa) and can be custom-engineered.
Q6: Which flange standards are compatible with your fittings? A: Our fittings are compatible with HG, GB, JB, ANSI, JIS, BS, and DIN standards. Fixed and flexible flanges are both available.
