🔹 One Piece Ball Valve

A One-Piece has a valve body cast out of a single piece of material. This eliminates the risk of leaks as there are no joints. It is cost-effective but features a reduced port, meaning the internal diameter decreases at the valve. Ideal for applications where cleaning is not a primary concern.

🔹 Two Piece Ball Valve

Cast out of two pieces that thread together, allowing for a larger ball and a full port. The internal diameter remains constant, providing optimal flow rates. The body can be dismantled for maintenance, though it must be removed from the pipeline.

🔹 Three Piece Ball Valve

Held together by bolt connections at each end. This design allows the center part of the valve containing the ball and seats to be easily removed for cleaning without disturbing the pipe connections. Perfect for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.

🔹 Three Way Ball Valve (L-Port & T-Port)

Used for mixing, splitting, or diverting flow. This is achieved via an L-shaped or T-shaped bore in the ball.
